Great mod collection, you do awesome work!
But this one is a bit too hardcore for me, I wish we could dial down the occurrences and severity of the bad stuff that keeps happening to our poor little village. ;)
So I tried a game with it, and suffered too much for my taste, so I decided to try another one without plague and weather mods. And that I really enjoyed! Authority, performers, security, poultry, farms, livestock, orchard, raw materials...., they all add so much to the game, it's truly awesome.
I also preferred using Trading with Farms instead of realistic trading, otherwise it seems too hard to make any gold coins.
Add great ladder to that, and you're set for a joy ride!

I have just started a new village with all your latest mods. Do you have any idea why I can't allocate a Bailiff?

alankirkham not sure, have you unlocked it and built an office and assigned one? I don't make any changes to the Bailiff functionality in any of the mods that I'm aware of.

Hey, I've been using your mods with great joy for some months now! I love how realistic it is, but also greatly expands on what is already there.
I'm recently encountering a bug towards getting my first citizens where the top bar, where the resources that are usually shown there disappear. It's just empty, no icons and quantities. Could this maybe be caused by too many resources to show? I think it could be super helpful to have a way of configuring what is shown.
For example, I wouldn't need the quantity of stone and berries or whatever (if you can even configure that), I don't think I would need the temperature, but the season and security is super important. Right now, I don't have a way of seeing the Authority collected, which makes it a bit hard.
I love your mods, please keep up with the good work, you're bringing the community a lot of joy and greatly extending the replayability and longevity of the game! Thank you so much!

Addie1614330966 thanks very much for your feedback, I'm really happy you enjoy what I've built. Yes the toolbar disappears when there are too many things up there for your screen resolution. I will release a change for that, maybe not in this mod but in another related one. I'll just remove the ones that are not critical.

I love your mods, but I have never gotten the kinds of numbers I expect for so many vegetable gardens..

Should I need multiple dung heaps? Or is it that the fenced plots just produce less?
I am currently just starting a game with your full modpack, so seasons is now on, but previously I'd stopped using poultry and vegetable farms because they never seem to actually produce a viable amount of resources.
Do you have any advice for numbers per villager to actually maintain something in the granary ?
I'm currently at 100 villagers, I have ten vegetable gardens (amongst other things, fish, dovecots, etc) and I never seem to have more than two vegetables/poultry/eggs.. But they take up so much space !

Or if it's not numbers, is it that I should be focusing on the more traditional farm options, with the paintable fields, etc?

Hi - the paintable veg farms are about the same productivity as the small ones, space for space. I actually find poultry quite productive, vegetables do take space but then I wanted more realistic requirements in terms of how much space is needed. I regularly have large surpluses of vegetables after they get going.

You sure you have compost piles and wells near the farms too? The dung heaps are required to clear the poultry but the compost is required for vegetables.

You can tweak the production settings in the mod files if you want, look for ProductionDelay and reduce the number.

I love this, I almost exclusively play your maps.
However, I've just removed all my mods and installed this pack, but the market doesn't have wild game as an option, so cannot sell it - is this a bug or am I missing something?

I think Wild Game is from the Frontier Essentials mod, make sure it is loaded before Market Carts. I think it will only unlock when the hunter's hut is unlocked too.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I tried putting the Frontier essentials above the market carts and still didn't get the option to sell wild game when I built the first market. This is on the BjornFell map where game replaces berries

I think I see the issue, you'll have to use the market table for now.

I just finished all the achievements on vanilla mode and this looks like a lot of new challenges! A side question: Do you know if anyone has built a mod that allows the Monastery to be designated a Convent instead (all women with a prioress/mothersuperior)?

Hi Lisa_Mockingbird, at the moment it's not possible to mod the Monastery into a Convent but hopefully will be in a future game release. Good luck with the modpack, it's quite challenging so feel free to ask any questions on the Discord.

Yes the security mod is kicking my *** a bit. I do wish it utilized my current soldiers as I have a ton of them and the guards seem redundant and excessive in my city of 500. I love authority but promotions are very slow going. Fuel is interesting but has not been an issue but I think my fav is entertainment.

I actually spent 2 days just redecorating some of my Manors and Churches. I think you have all the best mods except there is one that is completely awesome I think you should consider adding to your pack it is Climbing roses and sunflowers v3 so pretty in combo with many others.

Any chance you or someone else could make a series of video tutorials going over all the changes and mods added in this pack? And maybe some harbor ideas for those of us with negative 10 creativity stats to get the noggin joggin.
