I love Capital Royal map Foundation.mod.io but it had its issues, fishing was... Fishy, there was no immigration possible so i altered it a bit.

Water rises in global warming, new plateau emerged from depths of imagination, people started coming, mineral deposits were discovered in awkward position, fishes were found high jumping.

It may be not the most beautiful one you've ever seen but its my first ever attempt at modding.

Any feedback is welcomed.

The tool dealer does not come. Even after building bridges to individual islands :(

Hmm... Have you signed deal with any neighbor village? without it i think they don't come.

Villager route to big circle is through this land connection, there should be no need to built any bridges for immigration and trade

I just had the same bug. Trading contact was signed / trading with 1st neighbour village activated.
New villagers are arriving but not trading (no import, no export).
Waited at least 30min at 3x speed

Edit: I could fix it by changing the VillagePathList
Pretty sure not all of them are needed, but like this I had no trouble anymore.
