Tannery

The tannery makes it possible to produce leather in order to process the boars produced by the hunter.
The tannery has a default basic recept for creating leather from boars. But if you install the mod beef production and build a cattle farm then you will get another recept for creating leather from cattles at the tannery. (It is working via the functions for buildings)

If you have further ideas or suggestions for improvement, please let me know. Either comment here or on Discord in the corresponding channel.

This tannery contains the following additions:

  • tannery building
  • a new job: tanner with tool in his hand
  • a new resource: leather

The building is available after you reached 20 commoners.
Advice: If you use the boars as a food source take care to increase the production of boars.

Thanks to k1sk4 for the russian translation.

Hello :) The production chain for cattle through the village additions mod has been completed. Is it possible to make the tannery accept cattle again for leather? Thank you.

I was deleted by the owner of the village additions mod. As long as it won’t be added to it again it won’t work. Sorry for this answer 😔

The dependency from "Tannery" to "Shoemaker" is useless and generate a warning "infinite loop dependencies".
And the player could wish leather for other future usage than shoes.
I think you can change that without break.

Hi vjraymon thanks for the advice. I changed it already ;)
